When you make an enquiry
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, service interest, local or online preference, and any message you choose to include. With your consent, this information is stored on the website’s hosting server so Daniel can review your enquiry and contact you about it. Please do not include medical records or sensitive health information.
How information is used
Your enquiry is used to respond to your request and discuss potential coaching arrangements. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing. Daniel may need to keep relevant correspondence to manage your enquiry or an agreed service.
Website operation and hosting
The hosting service processes connection information to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. The enquiry endpoint temporarily uses connection details to limit repeated submissions; these details are not included in your stored enquiry. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised server administrators and the practice.
Optional analytics
If Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is configured, the website asks permission before loading optional analytics. Choosing “No thanks” allows you to keep using the site. Your preference is stored in your browser. You can change it through “Cookie preferences” when analytics is enabled. Google services may process usage data outside Australia.
Booking services and other websites
If you follow a booking link or visit one of Daniel’s other websites, that destination may use its own storage and privacy settings. An external booking service will present its own terms and privacy information.
Your choices
You can ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied by using the contact form. Identify your request and the email address used for your earlier enquiry, without including sensitive records. Requests will be considered alongside any applicable record-keeping requirements.
