Melbourne roots.
Sydney rhythm.
Raised in a Greek-Australian household, Daniel learned early that food is about connection as much as nourishment. That idea still shapes the way he works.
A Nutritionist and Fitness Instructor with 10+ years of coaching experience, he brings food and movement back to something personal, practical and human.

Still have a question?
I’d love to hear from you.
Do I need to be fit before starting?
No. Daniel works with beginners, people returning to exercise and regular gym-goers. He will ask about your experience before planning your training.
Can I train at home?
Online programming can be shaped around a suitable home setup. Share the space and equipment you have so Daniel can discuss what is practical for your goals.
How many sessions will I need each week?
There is no fixed answer for everyone. Your plan depends on your goals, experience, schedule and other activities. Daniel will discuss a starting structure that you can realistically follow.
What if I have an injury or health condition?
Let Daniel know before you start so he can discuss suitability and any relevant guidance from your healthcare team. Fitness coaching does not replace medical assessment or rehabilitation, and clearance may be needed before a program is appropriate.
Can my training include nutrition support?
Yes. Daniel is a Nutritionist as well as a Fitness Instructor. You can discuss combined support or explore Daniel Drakopoulos Health for nutrition-focused coaching.
Ready to work on your training?
Tell Daniel about your training experience, goals and available time. He will discuss the options and fees before you commit.
